Is that star I see in the same place every night actually a satellite?

I live in the Pacific Northwest and to the north and slightly east about half way up in the sky I always see an exceptionally twinkly star. It doesn’t seem to move much if at all from day to day, so I think it must be a satellite. Anybody know what this is. I know it can’t be the space station because it doesn’t orbit the earth like the space station does. Thanks for any insight! 10 points to the most helpful answer.
