How to transfer songs from your old iPod to your new iPod?

I just bought a new iPod nano (6th generation) and I want to know how I can transfer the songs from my old iPod nano (3rd generation) to my new iPod nano.
Also, I bought a new computer since I bought my old iPod nano (3rd generation).
