How to get a refund from western union if the person you sent money to lied?

Alright folks. I need to know I can get my money back, similar to PayPal. This guy wants to sell me his Lebron 9 ‘Big Bangs’ and will only deal with Western Union, since he was scamme with PayPal before. Help pls
