What is the best free webcam software?

I have cyberlink software now and it sucks. I have a Window’s Vista laptop and I want to find better software for my webcam that is FREE.
I didn’t like the software my computer came with and I downloaded CyberLink and I don’t like that either. I want a software with the most capabilities and best quality for free.
