I have Windows Vista and I am an Administrator and I made a limited account for my sister but she keeps using the net user administrator trick to make herself an administrator.
I want to make the computer secure so that I and only I can be the administrator because she downloads stupid and possible harmful programs on the computer.
It seems that even if I make her an account with parental control she can use the Command Prompt to make the Hidden Administrator account come up.
Help please!!!
