how do i transfer the phone book in my cellphone (Nokia N90) to my new cellphone in one strok?

I have about 400 entries in my phone book, 100 of which are stored in my sim card, while the rest are with my phone memory. I am changing my phone and it will take a lot of time if i have to do it manually.
