I wanna buy a new cellphone. Budget: Rs 12,000. Preferably Nokia or Sony Ericsson. Which one should I go for.?

I’d like the phone to have a good camera, good input & output sound, unlimited message n contacts capacity. Decent memory (built-in or expandable) & should be sturdy as I am a li’l clumsy :P
