We all know our parents/grandparents/uncles and aunts have trouble with new tech. Hell, My uncle still has Windows Vista and is using AOL to connect to the internet even though he has a broadband connection and Time Warner has decent high speed service without the AOL component. He is wasting money paying for 2 services! Not to mention old people on Facebook who constantly struggle with the site’s features.
