Congress passed legislation barring me from receiving my local channels through satellite because I live within the “circle” of being able to receive them through an analoge antenna.
I know they are available, but I cannot receive them through satellite without a waiver from my “local” networks. We have not been able to receive CBS for at least 10 years. CBS will not grant us a waiver.
