My computer keeps crashing when I turn it off….Idol not less than equal (or somehing like that is the error) And my WoW game stopped working as well. My father in law did update my firewall software, and I have tried to open the ports and nothing works…I think it has something to do with the security settings but I tried what worked last time this was happening and that doesnt work now. The computer is a Cyber Power AMD Athlon 64 bit. Help!! Thanks
