How much would it cost to upgrade my 3rd generation iPod touch to a 4th generation iPod touch?

The only reason i wish to upgrade is because i want to take pics. I do not want to jail break my ipod or anything like that. All i need is the price on how much it would cost. Or if i need to buy a new ipod.
