On facebook how to you get the name of family member to be blue so others can see profile when they click it?

Just wondering. My children have facebook accounts but when I list them on my profile as my children it is in black print. My cousins have accounts on here & they have listed their children, those with facebook accounts show up in blue print so people can see their profiles, those without accounts show in black print.
