Why couldn’t we stop the recession by not importing so much from china and create new jobs here ?

i mean come on look at all the little gadgets that have China stamped on the bottom we could literally make thousands of new companys here in the US… creating Millions of new jobs or is that just to obvious…our government needs a common sense party…
