I am at a beginner to moderate level of experience and knowledge on this subject. I have built and designed a very basic website previously, but want to build and design a very advanced website now. I don’t have any experience in any scripting language, so I would need software that would be simple enough for me to add functional applications and visual designs without using a scripting language.
