I am somewhat decent when it comes to computer technology, and I can do many basic and semi advanced things, however my computer just restarted on me and went to the “Safe mode” screen. Where I can decide to pick SafeMode or Start Windows Normally. It doesnt matter which one I choose it restarts the computer again. Can someone explain how I can fix the problem
(I have my virus and adware removal tools, I just need to get in to start)
