What is the exact name of that electronic gadget, please help?

I wanted to know that what do we call that electronic gadget…that is used to play CDs or DVDs..& is very portable & is circular in shape..just the size of the CD/DVD…I am forgetting the exact word fot that gadget..! PLZ help
