I just recieved my samsung sch-u340 today in the mail. I put in on the charger, and about three hours later, it said that it was fully charged. i turned it on, and on the main screen in a box, it read “intial programming needed.” What does that mean. i tried to use the cell to call verizon for assistence, and the phone said it is unable to make the call. Pls help. I’m 14, and suck at technical stuff, so pls make your answer easily understandable. Thanx!!
