How do I make my Vista Computer secure from the Super Administrator trick?
I have Windows Vista and I am an Administrator and I made a limited account for my sister but she keeps using the net user administrator trick to make herself an administrator.
I want to make the computer secure so that I and only I can be the administrator because she downloads stupid and possible harmful programs on the computer.
It seems that even if I make her an account with parental control she can use the Command Prompt to make the Hidden Administrator account come up.
Help please!!!
What is a good gps chip or gps tracking software for a laptop?
I am looking for a gps tracking program for a laptop, so if my laptop was stolen i could find it. All i want it to do is give me the location of the laptop, nothing else is needed, but if it was the same price that would be good. If anyone knows a gps chip that i could put in a laptop case or somewhere on the laptop and can track it from another computer. Thanks.

I am a blogging company. One of my employee has stolen 50 gmail accounts and changed it. I found this in his assigned computer and personal mail. (we ordered him to display his email). So upto what extent i can file to cyber crime. What could be the punishment. Please provide me with facts. Infact its just an example.
