i seen this one time,but cant remember the name of it,i got a new muffler installed on my honda, and now it so quiet,the sound it had befor i loved,it sounded like a raceing car,now its like drivn my grammas car

is there a gadget to turn low wattage into large wattage to power a whole home?

i am looking for a device that takes grid power in small amounts and ups it into 250 volts 200 amps similar to a solar inverter and will drop the electricity bill down.
