How do I get rid of all the viruses without using the Internet to download?

Technology hates me
One moment I’m happily watching TV online, a video, the next, my computer shut down randomly. When managed to turn it on again, there were a these warnings about stuff on my computer being infected. I don’t have the money to buy a good security system or get it fixed….
I don’t know anything about computers/viruses etc, but apparently there’s like, 26 viruses on my computer, I don’t know how bad that is, but I can’t open Word documents and can hardly get on the Internet…my Internet is fine, just my screwed up computer.
I need my computer for school, and I have like, 50 papers due in the next two weeks. I don’t exactly work with technology sooooo….
Please help and any suggestion is appreciated, thanks

How do I convince my parents to let me have a cellphone?

My mom put the idea in my head but changed her mind! I’m asking for a cheap simple phone and my bills are $10 per month! I don’t care what kind of phone just I want a cellphone! She bought my brother a phone but he didn’t want a cellphone she just got him one but I can’t have one and I’ve been begging for one! And now I’m in highschool it’s kinda something I need!! Our school wifi isn’t great so I can’t text her from my iPod it only works in one place! Once I forgot to tell her I had a short day at school and its weird coming up to strangers and asking to borrow their phones to call her :(
