I need to make a comic for a gaming class and use screenshots out of video games to do it. What PC software would you recommend, except photoshop, that would have that style somehow imbedded.

could somebody please help me find satellite vehicle system inc.,once located at pilar st san juan,my husband had his audiovox dvd player for his car repaired there when we came back they relocated already,they didnt even called us or informed us of their new address,we tried calling them but the numbers are all unavailable..we bought our gadget in USA and it costs a lot..please help us..thanks
