Wrath of the Titans

I self installed a direct tv satellite out at my cabin where i will be rehabing after my double knee replacement. I have between 100 and 90 on all even satellites EXCEPT number 4. I cannot get anything but 0% on any of the odd transponders. Can anyone help, my surgery gets closer everyday :/

I want to place a gps in my husbands semi to track where he is going, cause I think he might be cheating on me. I don’t want him to find the gps or for it to fall off somewhere or for it to be detected somehow. Any one with any information about gps systems please HELP!!! Thank you.
