Why does my Toshiba Satellite freeze everytime i plug in the charger?

Hi, i have a Toshiba Satellite and when ever i plug in the charger it completly freezes and have to turn the comp off, i have read alot of threads and they said it might be a problem with the jack, but I thought it couldn’t be cause whenever i run in safe mode it charges properly with no freezes. So if you have a solution to this problem i would like to hear is cause this has been happening with alot of toshiba Satellites.
I will add additional information if needed
