I once saw this documental of a company that takes satellite pictures on request, you go to their site, type in the coordinates of the place you want the picture taken and they give you a time and date when the satellite will take the picture in case you want to appear.
They charge you depending on the quality and resolution of the picture. This company was shown on a documentary by History Channel.
