I need to wipe the hard drive for a toshiba satellite?

I own a toshiba M60 satellite. It is currently running windows vista 32.

I need to completely wipe off the hard drive (still keep the vista OS of course) but I no longer have the boot/system restore CDs.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
