everyone said to click start-all programs-ipod-restore. but i cannot find ‘ipod’ on ‘all programs’ i looked through everything throughly and it isnt there. i desperately need to restore it. any help is greatly appreciated.

I need to figure out something to get my boyfriend for Christmas.
