guys answer only please……gift idea for my boyfriend?

I’ve been with my boyfriend for two years, we have a 6 month old son together. I want to get him a gift that lets him know that I really love him and I would like to do it any day. It doesn’t have to be a certain occassion. In November, he bought a new Lexus LS. How do you think he would feel if I borrowed his car one day and had satelite radio(Sirius) installed. If this is not a good idea, please give some suggestions.
