My Facebook account recently got disabled and it had my phone number attached to the account. I made a new Facebook after the old one got disabled, and I need to add my phone number, but it says its already used on another account. And I only have one cell phone number(duh).

Extra: It randomly logged me out and it won’t let me log in unless I provide a phone number.
