I self installed a direct tv satellite out at my cabin where i will be rehabing after my double knee replacement. I have between 100 and 90 on all even satellites EXCEPT number 4. I cannot get anything but 0% on any of the odd transponders. Can anyone help, my surgery gets closer everyday :/

Technology topics for a paper!?
I have to write a short paper regarding a tool in the instructional technology field, but the problem I’m having is actually finding enough scholarly articles. Here’s a description of my objectives.
Describe a tool or process of instructional technology: It’s a tool used that is representative of instructional technology, or a process in the field that has developed over time.
Illustrate how your icon fits your definition of instructional technology.
Describe why you have selected this particular tool or process. Your rationale for your selection should not be based upon simple personal preference.
Appropriate example: “In addition to my fascination with moviemaking throughout my life, I am fascinated by the potential applications of movie production in a public school setting. I have selected film production in this field as my topic. I am curious as to what history there is, if any, of end-users themselves (the students) actually designing and developing instructional film.”
My friend chose the challenges and strengths of e-learning while another classmate chose homeschooling benefits. I was thinking something along the lines of youtube or other media influencing education, but the thing is I have to choose something that has a lot of resources. My resources can only be journal articles. So if anyone can just give me some ideas, I’d appreciate it.
