I think cyber marriage should be allowed and should be made legal under a law that state that only one man and one woman over the age 18 from any country or state be allowed to marry this way. Especailly if you fall in love with some one from another country!
If you met them face to face. and they couldn’t stay in the country for long and they went back to their country. and you kept the realationship going throught the internet.
