GPS Help. What GPS Should I buy for GeoCaching and to also use in my car?

I have never bought a GPS before. I want to spend less than $200. I want to use it for GeoCaching and also for assistance with complicated driving routes.

Please tell me what features are important and any suggestions you have. Thanks.
