How can I retrieve all the files in my PSP if all the files are gone but my PSP is just working properly?

PSP is just working perfectly, but the computer can’t detect any file folder even the vital ones. It only displays a program (when opened) full of errors. The computer senses the gadget being plugged in but it can’t identify it because of the missing files.
