How come Windows Vista is the one famous, eventhough most of the new features are totally taken from Mac OS X?

I mean, did you see Mac OS X and compared it with Windows Vista … all of the new features in Vista are taken from Mac OS X, the Gadgets taken from Widgets in Mac, the search bar, the Windows Media Player’s library and the player’s bar … etc
