My ipod has this screen with a cord an arrow then the itunes symbol when I try and turn it on. When I connect it to itunes it just stays on the screen. But, when it wasn’t connected you had to hit the lock button. I’ve already tried restarting the computer. And, my itunes is up to date. But, I can’t do anything with my ipod until it connects. Please help!
