How do you send videos on a blackberry cellphone?

I got a new cellphone today ; it is a blackberry.
IToday I used the camera phone and captured a really awesome video.
I want to be able to send it to my friends and send it on facebook, but I don’t know how and it won’t let me!

I have verizon.
