How do you transfer songs from one cellphone to another with a bluetooth?

I am trying to save money on ringtones and have my mom put some of her ringtones on my cell phone and we know it can be done with a bluetooh but we don’t know how. Plus, we don’t want to accidently delete the ringtones on her cellphone.
