The satellites that orbit our planet are watched and can be manuvered out of each others way. Even if the Russian satellite was “decommissioned” The American one could have been moved out of the way. How many think this sounds more like the “decommissioned” satellite is more commissioned than we know.
thanks for the intelligent answers and not the immature, sarcastic one. the reason for the question is we are at odds with Russia again, Russia is allying itself with Iran who hates us and it was a Russian satellite that knocked out one of our satellites that the Pentagon uses to keep eye on what is going on over in the mideast.
