Is there a gadget that will hold my blinds away from the window bottom to make a crawl space for my cat?

Like most cats he likes to get onto the window sill. But he keeps bending the blinds trying to get in. I’d like to have something that holds the blinds away from the sill in order to create a crawl space. Simply pulling the blinds open isn’t an option.
