This person can send email and do a net search. But says she is too old to learn (e.g. using Word,scanning a document,etc.)
I have seen many elderly ppl who are clueless and cannot do anything but buy food at a fast food restaurant. I am an optimist and believe that there are still some who are capable of learning simple skills.
