What can we do to keep our teenagers safe when it comes to new technology, sex, driving and in our schools?

Our children are going to schools with guns, knives, and drugs. Teenagers who are new drivers die everyday on the roads, myspace is a pedophiles haven, the statisics show safe sex is no better than 15 years ago.
