What is a good GPS for geocaching / a gps that accepts coordinates?

I’d like to find the cheapest gps that you can manually input LAT/LONG coordinates into. Brand does not matter. I’d like it to be a hiking/handheld gps. Vehicle GPS units I will not consider.
