When a Facebook profile became temporarily locked, what must be done to unlock it?

We cannot unlock the profile account because the CAPTCHA of Facebook isn’t loading.
I already tried opening the account on another browser and emptying the caches but the result is still the same. The CAPTCHA on Facebook isn’t loading.
