I am a blogging company. One of my employee has stolen 50 gmail accounts and changed it. I found this in his assigned computer and personal mail. (we ordered him to display his email). So upto what extent i can file to cyber crime. What could be the punishment. Please provide me with facts. Infact its just an example.
