Which ice cream scooper is best. There are crescent shaped or one that is cuplike with a thumb gadget to clear?

Although icecream stores use the crescent style..aerodynamically, it leaves air in the middle unless they roll it like a snowball..but you’re paying for an air pocket in the middle..I like a solid scoop!
