I am an aspiring photographer and I am trying to be as professional as possible. I have people that are going to pay me for pictures in a couple weeks and I really want a new photo editing/ enhancing software to download onto my Windows laptop. I currently use Windows Live Photo as my editing software. I need it to be free, as I am only in high school.

I get TV in Costa Rica via Sky (Mexico) satellite. When it begins to rain, esp. if it comes from the direction my dish is pointing, we lose the signal. Later, as the rain continues, we get the signal. When you see views of the earth from space, more than half the surface is usually covered with clouds. We get lots of thunderstorms here, but that doesn’t seem to be a factor.

I can send things like status updates to Facebook from my phone but not pictures. I sent a picture earlier today but when I just got on it wasn’t there. I tried sending it to my email then saved it to my computer but when I try to upload it to Facebook the picture is gone.
