It’s very tough to reach important deadlines when our PC does not stay up with our hectic work schedule. Also it’s really trying when they are so sluggish they just about die when we utilize some resource demanding programs.
There can be many reasons for your “computer running slow” problem. And it’s in discovering these reasons that we may come across actual solutions – still the simple repairs that we may perform ourselves. And of course saving money is important to all of us today.
Also the brand new personal computer may be performing sub-par, especially when the manufacturer of your PC pre-installed some unneeded programs ahead of purchase. What you need to do is to start up your PC and see the notification part of the lower taskbar (this would normally be in the bottom right corner, but depends on how you have your taskbars arranged). There are some icons hidden in the taskbar that in fact is running in the background when you are doing your work. This means that it could gobble up much of the free memory from your PC, making it function much slower as various programs are being used.
If you would like to be certain, click right on top of the taskbar and then choose “task manager” and the Task Manager should pop up. You may also get into this by mashing the shortcut “control-alt-delete” key while the computer is running but be careful and simply depress the shortcut one time or your PC will reboot. From here you will see just how many applications operate in the background (this includes the amount of memory storage capacity they utilize). Also, simply close unneeded programs by highlighting the single program and then clicking End Task.
Of course there are additional reasons for a “computer running slow” but doing this will help your personal computer perform some what faster than than it has been.
