How do i sync a different Ipod on my itunes account?

I have an Ipod touch and I’m trying to put songs on
my friends Ipod(a square nano) with my itunes account.
But it wont sync right. I tried uninstalling itunes also, and it says
i need to be an Administrator to remove it.
