How do you transfer your music from your ipod to a new computer?

I am panicking, i deleted all my music on my itunes list and all of my music is still in my ipod but it wont let me upload songs unless their bought off of itunes. Please tell me a way i can still transfer the music on my ipod to the computer. Please.
