We live in 21 century. Why scientists still did not invent a magic pill that you eat at night and wake up slim next morning but slim only in needed places! In spite of that fact that people are so powerful they rule the world, they are still being ruled by nature. But scientists still have something for us. They invented food that makes you slim! This group of diets, based on artificial made food, consists of Fit Well, cambridge diet, and euro diet. The point of the diets is this – you buy artificially made food, in which carbohydrates proteins and fats are carefully counted- and eat only it. Of course you can lose weight on this diets. But after finishing dieting it becomes hard to get back to normal food and all the results disappear fast.
The diagnostic laboratory test suggested In 80s last century discovered how do some particular food products affect blood cells – white blood cells and platelets. Human blood was placed to a test tube with food extract. If blood cells were changing their shape, it meant that this particular food product can lead to fat accumulation and should be reduced. This method was registered in Britain under name Nutrition Test. Two food product lists were done according to test results – Allowed and Prohibited food lists. Actually, this method can be used because it is really working. But it is working because the allowed and prohibited food lists are usually pretty obvious and can be given to you by any nutritionist. If you follow the recommendations it impossible not to lose weight. Also Nutrition test method does not have serious scientific base and clinical trials were not done as well. More than that, chemical composition of human blood is constantly changing, so according to test results today, bread is prohibited to you but tomorrow your blood composition will be changed and it will be ok to eat bread.
