The Ipad, Apple’s New Toy

Apple’s got a new toy, and all the children are screaming to their mommies to buy them that new toy, and the toy’s name is iPad. Just kidding, it may look like a toy, but I can say I am in love with this baby. It’s elegant, it’s functional and it’s not grumpy in the morning. The iPad is a high tech PC that has integrated on-screen keyboard with a touch interface; its size is just perfect. Somewhere between an iPhone and a notebook, and the biggest surprise is that is not expensive at all.

The iPad is designed for perfect reading, web browsing, videos, you name it, iPad’s got it. In the words of Steve Jobs this is one small and easy to carry device which allows you to do things and see things in a manner the no other device can provide. You can browse the web in a new and intuitive way, very easy mail listing and creating, perfect way to enjoy your photos. The iPad has a perfect crisp clear picture that will allow you to look at your photos in a whole new light.  You can also look at videos; YouTube in a new and more organized manner, iPod, iTunes, iBooks, which is my favorite.  Consider that an average iBook reader costs about $1000, and iPad will cost $499, and iPad is not just an iBook reader it’s much more than that. $499 is the price of the basic model, a top range model with 3G and WiFi will cost $829, which is also great and I may say cheap for what you are getting for that money.

Here are some of the tech specifications the geeks are waiting for:

With all that in mind, iPad is the cheapest high tech gadget that came out in the last 10 years, comparing with what it has to offer. I said I love it, but my girlfriend is going to kill me if I don’t buy her one. Better start looking for iPad in stores, and with its price we don’t have to worry about the best price, because it already has one.
